The coronation of King Charles was celebrated at our concert in St Mary’s Church. The church was packed that evening, we had a full house and everyone enjoyed themselves listening to a mixture of contemporary songs from the 1960s up to the modern day. As usual audience participation was encouraged and the audience joined us by singing songs many of their favourites. The evening ended with a delicious buffet and a glass of wine or juice.
